Agnieszka is an international dispute resolution lawyer qualified in England & Wales (2023) and in NSW, Australia (2016). She has broad experience in complex commercial and construction arbitration in a number of regions and sectors (including oil, gas, energy, and infrastructure) in proceedings under the ICC and LCIA Rules. She also has her regional experience, including High Court litigation in England, litigation in the NSW Supreme Court, and in the Australian federal courts, in Australia and arbitrations seated in London, Singapore and Sydney. She has worked in England, Australia and Poland at leading international law firms. Agnieszka has been registered as an independent foreign lawyer at the Warsaw Bar since March 2025.
