including in construction arbitration in the oil and gas industry. She also has
experience in litigation, both in English and Australian courts. Agnieszka is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb).
ICC ARBITRATION – CONSTRUCTION
Representing an international oil & gas company, in a multi- billion USD ICC arbitration seated in Singapore relating to delay, disruption and pricing disputes concerning the construction of an LNG processing facility near Darwin, Australia
ICC ARBITRATION – COMMERCIAL
Representing a multinational rolling stock manufacturer (confidential) in an ICC arbitration (seat confidential) arising out of a Share Purchase Agreement.
LCIA ARBITRATION – COMMERCIAL
Representing a professional fund manager (confidential) in a dispute with the fund’s limited partners relating to certain transactions in arbitration proceedings seated in London under the LCIA Rules.
ENGLISH COURT PROCEEDINGS
Representing an interested party in proceedings before the High Court (Technology and Construction Court) pursuant to the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 (UK).
CLASS ACTIONS (AUSTRALIA)
Represented both defendants (representing Broadspectrum in Manus Island Detention Centre class action) and claimants (Ford class action).
FCPA / ABC INVESTIGATIONS AND ADVISORY
Conducted investigations into FCPA/ABC issues both as a part of M&A due diligence and ongoing compliance for various clients in various industries and regions in numerous investigations.
